40014757The aim of this Diploma is to provide students with a knowledge base to explore higher education options in veterinary nursing, medicine, bioscience, and/or physiotherapy; animal sciences and/or studies; zoology; conservation; biology and biological sciences.
To ensure this Diploma meets our AVA policies and priorities for new provision, Skills and Education Group Access has worked with curriculum specialists and business development managers to coordinate and oversee the development of the Diploma, including meeting to agree curriculum content, level, grading descriptors and general rules of combination.

Students studying this Diploma will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and practical skills through a range of subject areas, including:
Animal Science: Animal Patterns of Behaviour, Communication and Welfare Issues
Animal Science: The Digestive System and Dietary Needs of Non-Human Animals
